Return Policy
Refunds: Refunds are accepted for store credit only; and you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be returned within 10 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location.
Exchange: No exchanges, store credit only!
Accessories & Sale Items: All jewelry, beauty products, accessories, hand bags, and clothing items that you purchase on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Items purchased with a promo code are still eligible for exchanges/store credits.
Damaged Items: Any items received must be reported the same day as you receive the item if they are received damaged. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items throughly when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to gabbyroseboutique@hotmail.com and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.
